Wisconsin Hospital Employee ‘Intentionally’ Pulled Moderna COVID Vaccine From Refrigeration

A hospital based in the state of Wisconsin revealed that an employee who removed 57 doses of the Moderna coronavirus vaccine from the refrigerator did so on purpose.
The act resulted in the loss of 500 doses of the vaccine.
Advocate Aurora Health gave a statement to Fox News stating that originally they were led to believe the incident had been an accident, but the employee “acknowledged that they intentionally removed the vaccine from refrigeration.”
The employee has since been fired.
“We continue to believe that vaccination is our way out of the pandemic,” the company said. “We are more than disappointed that this individual’s action will result in a delay of more than 500 people receiving their vaccine.”
Aurora officials initially said the employee at the Aurora Medical Center in Grafton forgot to put the vials back in refrigeration after removing them. Each vial contained 10 doses of the vaccine, according to local reports.
The former employee’s actions were “a violation of our core values” and have been reported to authorities for further investigation, the company said.
You know, there’s a saying that fits people like this employee perfectly.
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
It would be interesting to know why the employee took this particular course of action. Are they against the vaccine? If so, why? Was this incident the result of an employee being disgruntled?
There has to be a some sort of motive for this, right?
And whether your support the vaccine or not, the fact this individual removed the choice of 500 individuals to get vaccinated was not the right course of action.
