Trump Promises To Send $1200 Check To Americans If Speaker Passes Bill: ‘Are You Listening, Nancy?’

For many moons now, the Republican Party and the Democratic Party have been locked in a heated battle over a new stimulus bill designed to provide aid for folks negatively impacted by the coronavirus pandemic. The left has pushed hard for the passage of “wishlist items” that have little to nothing to do with helping people in this difficult time.

And, true to character, they want to spend us into oblivion in the bill they want to see passed. The GOP has been bending over backwards to try and negotiate something reasonable to help folks, but so far it’s not done much.

Well, President Donald Trump revealed a plan to help cut through all the fighting.

He told Speaker Pelosi he would immediately sign a bill to send out a $1,200 check to Americans if she’d move the bill.

“If I am sent a Stand Alone Bill for Stimulus Checks ($1,200), they will go out to our great people IMMEDIATELY. I am ready to sign right now. Are you listening Nancy?” Trump wrote on Twitter on Wednesday morning.

That “Nancy” would be House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA). As leader of the Democrats in the House, Pelosi could urge her caucus to support such a bill, which likely would move quickly through the Republican-controlled Senate and make it to Trump’s desk in the Oval Office for his signature.

Trump had another message for Pelosi: “Move Fast, I Am Waiting To Sign!” he tweeted.

Speaker Pelosi and other Democrats have worked hard during the pandemic to create as many false narratives as possible to paint the president up to be some sort of evil mastermind that hates the American people. That couldn’t be more untrue.

At the end of the day, it’s been the Democrats who have stalled efforts to provide aid and support to millions of individuals across the country, all in an effort to pass socialist policies that have nothing to do with the current situation.

It’s a gross form of politicization and the left should be ashamed of themselves for it.
