Trump Lawyer Rudy Giuliani Rejects NYT Report Saying He Discussed Pardon With President

President Donald Trump’s personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, is rejecting reports being pushed by the mainstream media that say he’s discussed a pardon with the commander-in-chief.
“#FakeNews” NYT lies again,” the former New York City mayor tweeted on Tuesday. The tweet is a reference to a piece published in the NY Times that claims Giuliani discussed a “preemptive” pardon with the president.
The report cites two people who are familiar with this particular matter and have stated that Giuliani discussed the possibility of being given a preemptive pardon before the president leaves office.

“Never had the discussion they falsely attribute to an anonymous source,” Giuliani said. “Hard to keep up with all their lies.”
Giuliani, who has not been charged with any crime, has drawn scrutiny for his dealings in Ukraine on behalf of Trump’s political interests. The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York last year were looking into whether he broke lobbying laws when he tried to dig up damaging information about Biden and his son Hunter Biden in Ukraine.
Giuliani’s lawyer, Robert Costello, told the Times that Giuliani is not concerned about the investigation, “because he didn’t do anything wrong, and that’s been our position from Day 1.”
The mainstream media has made it clear over the course of the last four years that they hate President Trump. Dedicating thousands upon thousands of hours of news coverage to pushing false narratives designed to destroy the current administration makes that abundantly clear.
However, it’s not enough for them to attack the president. Mainstream media outlets like the Times want to also decimate anyone who was in any way associated with President Trump. These folks are vicious and vindictive.
Those calls for peace and unity? Yeah, those are just calls for submission to the progressive agenda.
