President Trump Throws Support Behind Texas Supreme Court Lawsuit, Calls It ‘The Big One’

On Wednesday, President Donald Trump threw his full support behind the Texas lawsuit in the Supreme Court that seeks to block the Electoral College votes of four states including Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia, referring to the case as “the big one.”

“We will be INTERVENING in the Texas (plus many other states) case. This is the big one. Our Country needs a victory!” the president posted on Twitter.

The legal challenge seeks to invalidate the 62 Electoral College votes from those four battleground states and award Trump a second term, alleging unconstitutional changes to election rules before the vote.

“Using the COVID-19 pandemic as a justification, government officials in the defendant states of Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (collectively, ‘Defendant State’), usurped their legislatures’ authority and unconstitutionally revised their state’s election statutes,” Paxton’s complaint says. “They accomplished these statutory revisions through executive fiat or friendly lawsuits, thereby weakening ballot integrity.”

At least three more states are getting behind the Texas lawsuit.

It’s critical that many states take a stand and demand that this election, along with all of the charges of voter fraud, be thoroughly examined and investigated.

This is a means by which to ensure that every American’s voice actually counts. Sure, the radical left wants desperately to go ahead and silence conservatives in flyover states, but that’s just too bad.

Every single person, conservative and liberal, deserves to have their voice heard. And the best way to do that is through voting. It’s one of the central political powers we the people possess.
