House Dems Telling Members Not To Join Biden Admin Out Of Fear Of Losing Majority

Despite the fact that the official, certified election results have yet to come out and there are still tons of pending lawsuits concerning voter fraud also out pending, House Democrats have already begun preparations for a Biden presidency by urgently asking members not to join his team, concerned that if they lose too many folks it could actually cost them their majority.

Here’s more from the Daily Wire:

The New York Post reported that House leaders, including House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), are asking members to stay out of the incoming Biden administration for fear that Republicans could pick up the vacated seats. Sources told the outlet Sunday that Pelosi and Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-MD) are both trying to keep their fragile majority by discouraging members from jumping ship to join Biden.

“Nancy is telling House members, ‘Now is not the time to leave,’” a Democratic Party official told the Post.

The outlet was also told Hoyer was prodding members into staying in the House, going so far as to tell the Biden transition team to leave his members alone so they can keep the majority.

According to other reports, the topic of leaving the House to work for Biden after losing seats came up during a House Democratic caucus meeting that was held last week.

One member of Democratic leadership reportedly said that “It’s not helpful to talk about that,” referencing individuals wanting to give up their seats to work for Biden.

“The feeling is: Don’t make rash decisions about going to the administration without first considering consequences to the caucus,” an insider familiar with the call reportedly said.

Drew Hammil, spokesman for Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, stated that this story is not true.

“This is completely false. The speaker wants the full contribution of House Democrats to the Biden-Harris mandate and to the future represented in the administration,” the spokesman said.

This is fairly interesting development and it’s likely true, despite the denial by Pelosi’s camp. Of course they wouldn’t admit to something like this. They want to fool everyone else into thinking the Democratic Party is united and standing strong, working together for everyone’s benefit.

Likely not the case, due to the in-fighting we’ve witnessed in the weeks since the election.
