Democratic VP Nominee Kamala Harris Says Officer Involved In Shooting Of Jacob Blake Should Be Charged

California Sen. Kamala Harris, who is currently the Democratic Party vice presidential nominee, believes that the officer involved in the shooting of black man Jacob Blake in Kenosha, Wisconsin is going to have a very tough time justifying his use of extreme force, thus, he should be charged for it.

Big shock, right?

She’s doing a fabulous job of staying on top of the narrative, right?

via Washington Examiner:

“I think that there should be a thorough investigation, and based on what I’ve seen, it seems that the officer should be charged,” she told NBC Friday.

“Everyone should be afforded due process, but here’s the thing: In America, we know these cases keep happening. And we have had too many black men in America who have been the subject of this kind of contact, and it’s gotta stop,” Harris said.

“Nobody’s gonna be punished. It’s a standard. Come on. Nobody likes to wear a mask. This is a universal feeling,” she said. “The point is, this is what we, as responsible people who love our neighbor, we have to just do that right now.”

The problem here is that, by her own admission, Harris hasn’t been privy to an examination of all the evidence in the case. So she’s making this pronouncement without having all of the facts, which is typical for liberals.

It’s not really about seeking justice. No, the bottom line here is the currency of votes. Harris wants the BLM vote for her and Biden this November. Thus, she’s got to woo them, and part of that courtship is ensuring she says the right things and supports the movement’s causes.

She’s playing politics with someone’s future.
