On the Tuesday edition of “Pat Gray Unleashed” from TheBlaze, host Pat Gray spoke with Keith Malinak about a tweet that Sen. Chuck Schumer posted after President Trump’s recent deal with Mexico on immigration and the video that shows he once agreed with Trump on these very same issues.
Perhaps he’s just “evolved” on these topics over the years? That’s what leftists always say when they’re caught in the web of their own hypocrisy, right?
This is an historic night!@realDonaldTrump has announced that he has cut a deal to “greatly reduce, or eliminate, Illegal Immigration coming from Mexico and into the United States.”
— Chuck Schumer (@SenSchumer) June 8, 2019
Schumer: “When we use phrases like undocumented workers, we convey a message to the American people that their government is not serious about combating illegal immigration.”
Trump: “They like to use the word ‘undocumented’ because it is more political, I don’t use that word. They are illegal immigrants. They came here illegally. Some of them are wonderful people and have been here for a while…they have to go out.”
Schumer: “Above all else, the American people want their government to be serious about protecting the public, enforcing the rule of law, and creating a rational system of legal immigration that will proactively fit our needs rather than reactively responding to future waves of illegal immigration.”
Trump: “Immigration policy that is fair and equitable but that is going to protect our people. What the American people are pleading for is sanity and common sense in our immigration system.”
Schumer: “People who enter the united states without our permission are illegal aliens and illegal aliens should not be treated the same as people who enter the U.S. legally.”
Trump: “You cannot obtain legal status or become a citizen of the United States by illegally entering our country, can’t do it.”
Chuck Schumer and President Trump have more in common than they think…

This is a prime example of just how slimy politicians can really be. It’s obvious that Schumer changes his beliefs and policy positions in order to match those of the majority of his constituents rather than to actually do what is best for America.
He wants re-elected and that easy money taxpayer-funded paycheck. This is what makes the virtue signaling of the left so laughable. They don’t actually mean a word they say about anything.
