BLM Now Blaming ‘Cruel And Inhumane’ US Embargo For Cuban Uprising

Leftist group Black Lives Matter is blaming the current civil unrest happening in the country of Cuba on the alleged “cruel and inhumane” U.S. embargo that is currently on the communist nation.

The organization went on to accuse the U.S. of being responsible for the instability through the various historic embargoes that have led to “pain and suffering” for the Cuban people for almost 60 years.

And, in a move that is not shocking to anyone, BLM then went on to praise the Cuban government, which is communist, for giving black revolutionaries asylum in years past.

“Black Lives Matter condemns the US federal government’s inhumane treatment of Cubans, and urges it to immediately lift the economic embargo,” the group said as they weighed in on the issue.

“The extortionist ring known as the Black Lives Matter organization took a break today from shaking down corporations for millions & buying themselves mansions to share their support for the Communist regime in #Cuba,” Republican Florida Sen. Marco Rubio stated in response.

Republican Missouri Sen. Josh Hawley echoed Rubio’s remarks, saying, “Here’s the Black Lives Matter org supporting the brutal & oppressive dictatorship in #Cuba.”

Black Lives Matter’s statement called on President Joe Biden to end the embargo in Cuba, calling it a “blatant human rights violation” that “must come to and end.”

Biden went on to give a statement on Monday that said the protests happening right now in Cuba are representative of a “clarion call for freedom and relief from the tragic grip of the pandemic and from the decades of repression and economic suffering to which they have been subjected by Cuba’s authoritarian regime.”

Is anyone surprised that BLM would be supportive of a communist government? After all, their whole organization and the ideas it is based upon are Marxist in nature.
