Biden Deflects Question About Court Packing, Saying He’s ‘Not Going To Play Trump’s Game’

During the first presidential debate held on Tuesday night of this week, Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden was asked whether or not he’d participate in court packing if he beat President Trump in November.

He refused to answer the question.

Well, he’s been asked once again whether or not he supports court packing. And yet again, he deflected the question and proved he has zero knowledge of what’s in the Constitution.

Trending: Democratic Senator Says There Will Be Consequences If ACB Confirmed To SCOTUS

In a local news interview with Pittsburgh’s WTAE on Wednesday, anchor Shannon Perrine pressed Biden on the issue, noting that viewers wanted her to follow up on the question that went unanswered the night before. Biden gave a similar response.

“You know, that’s exactly what they want me to talk about so we don’t talk about how they’re violating the Constitution now,” Biden said. “I’m not going to play Trump’s game. Right now, my entire focus is seeing to it that the American people get a chance – the election has already started – to have their say on who the next Supreme Court justice is. And that’s what I’m focused on.”

Nowhere does the Constitution say that the people of this country have the right to choose who sits on the Supreme Court. Heck, originally, “we the people” weren’t even to choose our own senators. That was to be done by the state legislature. This power wasn’t put into the hands of the public until 1913.

This is just one more reason Biden should not be allowed to be president.
