Biden Calls Coast Guard Academy Class ‘Really Dull’ When They Don’t Laugh At His Jokes

President Joe Biden has finally managed to capture a cringe worthy moment on par with Jeb Bush’s “please clap” nonsense when he ran for president back in 2016, while attempting to address the U.S. Coast Guard Academy’s graduating class of 2021.

“You’re a really dull class. Come on, man. Is the sun getting to you?” Biden stated on Wednesday after comparing the Coast Guard to the Navy. “All kidding aside, being here together is a victory in and of itself.”

As if the comment wasn’t bad enough, he just had to stuff a “come on, man” in there, didn’t he?

During his 25 minute-plus speech, Biden also admitted that he needed “absolution” after his college years at the University of Delaware for “minor infractions like using a fire extinguisher to hose down an RA,” the abbreviation for residential adviser. A president traditionally absolves military academy graduates of their own minor infractions.

Biden’s remarks also underscored the importance of the Coast Guard in defending international trade and maritime law as the U.S. confronts China and Russia in “the South China Sea, the Arabian Gulf, and, increasingly, the Arctic.”

“When nations try to game the system or tip the rules in their favor, it throws everything off balance,” Biden went on to say.

This guy just doesn’t have a clue. At all. To think this man is serving as president. Totally terrifying.
