According To Alan Dershowitz, Uncle Sam Has The Right To ‘Plunge A Needle Into Your Arm’ Because Forced Vaccinations Are Constitutional

Attorney and Harvard professor Alan Dershowitz, who just a few months ago was defending President Trump from the onslaught of frenzied liberal individuals who were trying to have him booted from office in a sham impeachment fiasco, has lost his ever loving mind.

According to Dershowitz, the government has right to force you to take a vaccination for the coronavirus, going so far as to say that anyone who tries to opt out of such a measure should be put under permanent house arrest. You can’t make this insanity up.

Look how deadly the flu virus has been for decades. Not once has anyone demanded mandatory vaccinations with threat of house arrest for those who resist. It’s crazy town how much people are panicking over COVID-19.

Here’s more information via The Washington Examiner:

Speaking with Crowdsource the Truth host Jason Goodman over the weekend, Harvard professor Alan Dershowitz said the public’s safety outweighs any private liberty concerns of U.S. citizens who do not wish to be vaccinated for the coronavirus.

“Let me put it very clearly, you have no constitutional right to endanger the public and spread disease, even if you disagree,” he said. “You have no right not to be vaccinated, you have no right not to wear a mask, you have no right to open up your business.”

At this point, Goodman interjects and asks Dershowitz to clarify if he was saying that the federal government can mandate vaccinations for every citizen.

“Absolutely,” the professor replied. “And if you refuse to be vaccinated, the state has the power to literally take you to a doctor’s office and plunge a needle into your arm.”

“That’s what a democracy is about,” Dershowitz went on to say. “If the majority of the people agree and support that, for public health measures, you have to be vaccinated, you have to be vaccinated. They should give you an alternative. The alternative is to live in your home, don’t get vaccinated, but never ever leave your home or live in a bubble. But if you want to interact with other people, you cannot become Typhoid Mary. The Constitution doesn’t give you the right to spread your illness to other people.”

People have lost it. Truly, truly lost it.

There’s no way to eradicate a virus off the face of the earth. Our best bet at this point is probably herd immunity, but the one thing that is for sure is that our constitutional rights, which come from God, not government, do not take a vacation because of a pandemic.

It is unwise to trade your God-given liberty for the illusion of safety. Because that is all the government can give you. The illusion of safety. They cannot guarantee you will be safe from COVID-19. Or any other threat. Life is a crapshoot. It’s full of risk. Time to accept that and seek a better way forward.
